Our beliefs are the lens through which we see the world. Sometimes, those lenses are clouded and scratched causing a distorted view of ourselves and the world in which we live. However, once we identify and recognize the foggy lens, the dents, and scratches we can change them i.e. address our limiting beliefs. The beliefs that we have about ourselves affect our self-image and self-esteem. Are you holding onto beliefs that have kept you stuck? In this course, we will identify our limiting beliefs and tools we can use to be successful and create the life we desire.

What are limiting beliefs and how to fight them. These beliefs define the frame of reference from where we view the world. As Stephen Covey said, "We see the world, not as it is, but as we are or, as we are conditioned to see it." 

In this 30-day journal challenge will identify your limiting beliefs, why you have them and ways we can shift them. You will be encouraged and supported every day as we work through your limiting beliefs.

My job is to use a variety of tools to raise your awareness of what your limiting beliefs are and where they come from and how to fight them.
