Customizable LoL Overlay

While making a quickie overlay for myself, I realized it was really simple to make this customizable for anyone with Photoshop that felt like streaming. I'm also intensely lazy and tried looking for a template of the UI to make this fast and easy if I want to just add in a character or something just for my stream. Nothing existed. So this happened. Pay what you want for this and use the guide if you're having trouble.
