During our time together I will be leading you in a lively, engaging experience full of enthusiasm and assistance. Questions? Ask them freely! Need a chill night, simply wanting to learn something new? That’s cool, too! This is YOUR night. No need to chime in if you don’t want to.

What You Need

• Bourbon, 1.5 oz / person

• Gin, 1 oz / person

• Cointreau (or Grand Marnier), 1 oz / person

• Sparkling wine, 3 oz / person – I suggest buying a small 200ml bottle so it doesn’t go flat after opening

• Angostura bitters

• Egg white – or aquafaba (liquid from can of chickpeas)

• Simple syrup (instruction included with purchase)

• Lemons 2-4 fresh (instructions to caramelize included with purchase)

• Rosemary, fresh

How do I book a class?

After you purchase the class you’ll then receive a link for Calendly to book which class date works best for you.

Can I sign up with my friends?


Of course! What’s better than a virtual cocktail class? A cocktail class with FRIENDS! Just make sure each of your friends signs up for the same date. Since this is a virtual event there will likely be others joining that you don’t know, but that’s part of the fun of saddling up to the bar in person, too, right? You never know who you might meet!

Do you supply the ingredients?


We supply you with a detailed list of ingredients you’ll need for the class and you’ll supply them for yourself.

Do I need special bartender equipment?

Nope! If you have it that’s great, but if not it’s no problem! When you sign up for the class you’ll be sent a detailed list of equipment you’ll need and replacements you can easily find in your kitchen if you don’t have it.

What if an emergency arises and I can’t attend the class any longer?

Ahh shoot! We hate it when that happens. We are happy to reschedule your booking for a different day.
