Southern Appalachian Flatfoot Clogging is a step dance developed in the mountains of the Southeastern US, where the European fiddle met the African banjo. A unique American mix of English, Irish, African and Native American styles, flatfoot clogging is both a solo improvisational form, and performed by clogging groups in choreography. Clogging is the percussion of old-time stringband music, and a great workout.

Evie introduces variations on the basic steps taught in her first "Buckdancing for Beginners" video. Learning the Buck Step, Basic, Chug, Tennessee Walking Step, Crossovers, Pitter Patter, and Calypso, you sequentially add to your repertoire while reviewing. Combining steps in infinite ways you can begin to dance the melody, and free up the rhythms in your feet.
