I truly believe that it does not have to be expensive to eat healthy. Not only is this plan extremely affordable, the food within the plan is normal, everyday, affordable food like good old spag bol!

I was sick of seeing overly expensive meal plans or plans full of processed or expensive food so I decided what would be important to me in a plan, and created it:

1. A reasonable price – the plan is only $20

2. No expensive ‘superfoods’

3. Simple meals that my whole family can enjoy

4. Easy to follow and flexible

5. Give me the recipe!

The Girls Got Curves Meal Plan consists of 10 breakfasts, 10 lunches, 16 dinners and 20 snacks.

To make this plan easy to stick to and even easier to integrate into your normal life, you can choose what meals you want to eat on any given day. Just pick a meal from each meal time list plus the number of snacks that you are allowed for your weight range.

Recipes are single servings but can easily be increased to suit the number of people you are feeding.
