Notes on Emotions

I've spent the last couple of years figuring out my own emotional state and writing in public about it. People have found this useful. In this book I'm collating my existing writing on the topic and expanding on it.

This is very much a work in progress and this book should be considered an "early access" copy. I'm currently failing to update it, but hope to resume work on it by end of May 2021.
