HIC's Frosted Vanilla Cupcake

Classic vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttercream frosting. All flavorings used are diketone-free, and this sweet vanilla cake will not clog your coils. A 2-3 day steep time is recommended. Includes a variation for Buttermint Cupcakes.
