Living With Autism: Autistics in the Workplace

While there are increasing numbers of resources about autism and work, most of them are either long books aimed at a certain level of functioning, or reports about businesses discovering just how useful autistic employees can be.

This cheat sheet addresses the specific benefits of employing autistics, and the variability of functioning that all of us autistics face.  

This is a handout that usually accompanies a talk I've given in workplaces on optimizing autistic productivity -- fortunately, these measures optimize everyone's productivity!

Here I share some of the supports we autistics may need, and the kinds of environments in which our health is best supported, so that the difficulties which result from our health challenges are minimized.
