Join me for Live Chair Yoga practice, breath-work and guided meditation Tuesdays at 8:30 AM (PST) https://www.periscope.tv/MauiYogaLive. These practices will be a sequence of relaxing, yet rejuvenating yoga poses (asanas) designed to awaken and balance the energies of the mind, body and soul.
