Daily Inspiration

Everyone is in search of happiness, and if you're anything like me, you have all the tools and resources you need to find it...but you don't. Instead, you find every distraction known to humankind to keep you from doing your work. I know. And that's why I created Daily Inspiration, for you and for me.

Daily Inspiration is the antidote to the problem of shiny things and Facebook notifications keeping us from our practice. 

Each day I will send you a little practice inspiration by email. It might be a transformative practice, it might be a quote to keep you focused, or it might just be some old fashioned encouragement from the trenches, all for less than a cup of coffee a month.

The inspirational wisdom you receive will only be shared between me and you, not posted elsewhere, and I will be sharing my best work of the day.
