The three Muscle Control packages for Beginners includes some combination of these four workshops. 

Action Vectors (MCP1)

Foot Exercises (MCP2)

Frictional Resistance (MCP3)

Focused Floor Pressing (MCP4)

Each workshop focuses on a particular aspect of body awareness. 

Action Vectors (MCP1) teaches you to use floor contact to push parts of your body in clearly defined directions. It helps you to become more aware of how your feet and hands and how you can use them to push your hips and ribcage in clearly defined directions. 

Foot Exercises (MCP2)  teaches you basic foot awareness exercises. You'll learn how to stabilize your feet and at the same time get a better feel for them. 

Frictional Resistance(MCP3) is a way of activating muscles by working against the floor. It's a simple technique for activating muscles and learning to feel muscles when they are active.

Focused Floor Pressing (MCP4)  is another method for activating muscles. It has the advantage over the frictional resistance method of only requiring one point of contact with the floor.

Note that the price for all packages is roughly 2/3 the price of the workshops if you bought them individually.  (You save 1/3)
