Hi, this is Katrece I would like to thank you for taking the time to do your inner work. The breaking of Contracts & agreements was created to assist you in clearing the mind and body to allow for alignment to the soul’s path.

We are constantly creating contracts that stem from our negative thoughts, negative emotions, and negative vibrations. We don’t often regard them as contracts, I use that word to describe our thinking. I came to realize that when we have repetitive thoughts we are truly programming ourselves - creating a silent contract that we continue to react and act out of in our relationship with self and others.

It is a guided meditation process that I ask you to participate fully in.

I often suggest that you read the transcript first if you are not familiar with my work. This often allows one to understand that I am not asking you to do anything that is not for your highest good. I have never given the transcript previously I would normally ask that you listen fully alert the first time before you chose to surrender to the process. Regular clients would have no challenge in doing this but I do understand for some it is a leap of faith.

The words that I choose are specific & it requires trust, to allow someone into your inner geography. The road map that you may be operating in has led you to where you are today.

However, at times we are navigating from a place of confusion and avoid asking for guidance. This is a powerful session & those who have taken the time to fully immerse themselves in doing it often use it during times of great change. It is a way of releasing much from the subconscious mind allowing you to create great change in a very subtle way. I don’t believe that we need to create with others a part of our healing. Confrontation in many ways creates many to remain in their negative state of being as they don’t want to hurt anyone or they are so stuck in negative patterns of belief that they distance and separate themselves from family and loved one’s which changes nothing.

This creates an openness of the positive field of the universe to open to you for you to receive its love and light the clearer you are on an energetic level in both body and mind, the greater and happiness you experience.

This process prompts the mind’s central bridge of consciousness that runs from the to the solar plexus to release fears and be filled with love and light. Linking you to your heart, so that the heart and mind as on can take the journey of life.

It can be used many times we are a soul having a human experience so therefore we are peeling back the layers our life back through our ancestors and in doing so we are freeing ourselves to be more of who we are instead of repeating patterns that we do not enjoy. Some might call this clearing karmic energy, others may not buy into reincarnation it does not matter what you believe for ultimately our minds and bodies gather energy for we are one with all, use it as a practice to clear the mind/body connection so that you may know what it is that you truly are, without the influence of the past/ or the projections of the future.

Please do not take this as intervention. If you are under the care of a psychiatrist or psychologist please continue your path in a manner that is suitable for you. This is a meditation that covers a wide array of thought patterns and beliefs brought forward through healing work. I place it out with love & ask that you yourself as I you. And that you participate with open heart and mind.
