Web Series: Formula for Change

Join me for 6 weekly Forrest Yoga classes  This is an excellent way to kick start a home practice! 

Each class will be recorded during a live stream session (optional) then sent to you weekly for the keeping.  You will need a mat, 2 blocks, strap and blanket/thick towel.

Using the Forrest Yoga "Formula for Change" as a tool, we will implement and commit to taking those scary steps towards change. We will assess, reassess and form supportive habits.
