Customer Interview Script Template

This is a template for helping you create great customer interview scripts (aka discussion guides). Make sure you've covered off the different sections that make up a good interview.

There are 12 pages that take you through the sections you should have in a typical hour long interview. We've included over 30 example questions!

You can easily edit the script as you require by editing, adding, and removing different sections and altering the time for each section.
