It shows how to use Photoshops (Or Photoshop Elements) blending modes to merge the textures into your images in different ways, discusses how to create your own textures and also considers the thought process in making textured images. It takes a careful, step by step approach so you can see in a clear and unhurried way how to approach the whole subject of texturing. Links are provided to sources of some excellent paid texture providers as well as guidance given on choosing free textures from the Internet.
