If you are already reasonably body aware these two techniques offer a lot of bang for the buck. 

  • Floor pressing can be used with only one point of contact with the floor. (It can also be used with multiple points of floor contact. 
  • Muscle control teaches you how to practice muscle control without being dependent on floor reactions. 
  • Part 2 of muscle control expands on part 1

Action Vectors (MCP1)

Muscle Control (a flexible approach) (MCP5)

Muscle Control (a flexible approach to flexibility) (MCP5a)


With the addition of Action Vectors, you'll learn how to move with less muscular effort. Sometimes it can be tiring to focus just on muscle activation. The techniques in action vectors can offer a nice respite and allow you to focus on relative bone movements and aligning them so that you can work with less effort.


Package 3 includes:

Frictional Resistance (MCP3)

Focused Floor pressing (MCP4)

Muscle Control (a flexible approach) (MCP5)

Muscle Control (a flexible approach to flexibility) (MCP5a)


Frictional resistance is great for strengthening. It also helps you to get a feel for how your muscles work. Because you are pushing against friction in a clear direction you can learn to feel which muscles are active while pushing in that direction.
