Formerly 25 Days of FITmas, FIIT in 25 provides 25 high-intensity (HIIT) workouts , all under 25 minutes. If you want to get lean and toned, while still enjoying your workouts, this program is for you.

WHY FIIT IN 25?

  • This program uses minimal equipment. If you have access to a gym, you won't need to purchase anything! If you are working out at home, you will need at least 2 varying weights of dumbbells, a mat and a bench / box / or set of stairs. A stability ball and jump rope are optional, but will be great additions if you have them.
  • The workouts change daily. Get bored doing the same program every week. No workout is the same with Fit in 25, so you will keep your body guessing.
  • You are spending less time working out and more time living your life. Who has time to spend hours in the gym? Fit in 25 workouts are all 25 minutes or less. Tack on a quick warm up and cool down and you are done in 35 minutes, while still working your body.


OPTIONS FOR USE

  • Use the Challenge calendar and do a workout per day for 25 days
  • Pick 3 - 5 workouts to complete per week
  • Add the shorter workouts to the end of your own workouts, as a finisher
