Beat Heart Break

An experimental romance about a young man driving from San Francisco to Los Angeles to find an old flame, Beat Heart Break was shot, projected onto etched glass, then shot again. Mixing 16mm, digital video and 35mm slides into one seamless vision, the film boasts new filmmaking techniques, while bringing film audiences a romantic road picture with fresh visual perspective.
