    Spiritual healing is available to the Redeemed if you want it. Most sectarian Christians come from churches that note Jesus’ historical healing and restorative actions, but fail to emphasize that He specified in His “Great Commission” statement that aside from spreading His gospel, one of our primary roles is to heal the sick. Healing is intended to be an everyday part of Christians’ lives, not just a subject for historical reference and discussion.

    A story is told of an evangelical minister who presented upon the rostrum as the venue teemed with excited conference attendees. Raising the Bible in his right hand, he then stated “This is the Word of God, it is sufficient” and walked off the stage. The anecdotal objective is that of reinforcing the fact that God does not require you to presently ingest one-thousand pages of information do this. Rather, with Mark 11:23-24 belief, if you read these materials, seek and ask the Holy Spirit for the doors of wisdom and understanding to be opened for you (per Matthew 7:7-8), your healing will soon be forthcoming.
