The Power Edition is going to take your fitness to the next level. Over the next 10 weeks you will be strategically training at YOUR current percentages with the goal to reach HIGHER 1 rep maxes at the end.

We will be mainly focusing on your compound lifts - squat, bench, and dead-lifts, but you will still be using assistance and accessory work to complete your workouts.

You will get a guide that explains all information, your 10 weeks worth of workouts, a video database, and a private coaching group.

The first component of the program is testing your 1RM of your main lifts, from there, you will calculate the percentages used in the program for each week, which then determine your workouts.

This program is SET UP so you do nothing but progress. Staying consistent, dedicated, positive, and excited will allow for success.
