Write them on the timeline.

You might also include any relationships or dating experiences that impacted you in a major way. Disappointments that felt like a personal attack on your womanhood. Gender discrimination. Etc.

**It is not uncommon to remember things that may have been lodged in the back of your memory. And you may experience some tenderness.**

This exercise will help you to purge and clear stuck & stagnant energy in your root. And give you clarity, in areas of your life that may have been affected by these experiences.
