We have had more requests to offer this content from Amy than anything else she teaches, and we’re thrilled to finally be able to make it available.

Each 45-minute audio recording is part of a series that Amy calls “Embodied Movement Explorations.” The concepts, ideas, and exercises contained in each segment develop the building blocks for an embodiment process.
