UX Competitor Analysis Report Template

A lightweight report template you can use to present your illustrated UX competitor analysis findings. Designed to easily take people through your key discoveries, this is a report your stakeholders and clients will find easy to read, for designers who like to work in a lean way.

There are 12 pages including:

• A cover sheet;

• Sheets for key findings within each section, with space for screenshots;

Set up so you can customise the master slides as well as the content to create a report that looks as you wish.

This template has come from many years of UX consulting experience, and from a need to make something that is both quick to put together and for clients to be able to digest the important findings. This is what I use with my clients on a regular basis.
