Hips Practice: Volume 4 - 3/4 hips on the down
A multi-level practice of 3/4 hips on the down in stationary and traveling drills, from slow to fast, the final drill bringing things back to stationary but adding a 'simple' arm pathway.
The traveling drills use traditional walking (one step per 3/4 hip, matching the stepping foot with the first down of the 3/4 pattern), and then mash it up a bit, with two steps per 3/4 hip.
Geared towards those with some experience in belly dance, high functioning beginners through to professionals
Stylistically neutral (neither traditional or tribal fusion/modern belly dance slanted), this is a technical practice which you can then embellish or add to your vocabulary with your own personal flair.
