Expanding Sound Lap Steel Guitar Ableton Instruments

(This pack is compatible with the latest version of Ableton 10 standard and above) During this current Covid19 crisis, many of us are stuck at home waiting things out. We are all trying to stay away from each other to help slow the spread of the virus. I've been trying to make the best of the time with recording as much music as possible. One song I've been working on I wanted to use a lap steel guitar. In the midst of the recording I thought to myself I should create some Ableton instruments out of the performance. So this pack is a little different, as the instruments weren't made from samples specifically recorded for Ableton instruments. Instead, I took snippets of the part I recorded for the song. As with most sampled instruments they kind of take on a different life from the lap steel. The warping of the samples creates unique timbres.

My lap steel is kind of a piece of junk, but I liked how these instruments came out! They are all using different performance movement, some slide up, some down, some straight notes and some chord sounds. I hope you have fun with them!
