Li'l Stories Content Cards: Story Elements

Li’l Stories Content Cards: Story Elements are designed to guide students in K to Grade 4 with creating their own stories. Each card defines a story element (character, setting, plot, and story sequence) and outlines general questions to help students get started in thinking about developing the details of their stories.

These cards can be used as prompts within a writing center for students who need assistance in focusing their story creation.

HOW TO SET-UP

1. Print on letter-size (8 ½” x 11”) paper.

2. Fold along the dashed line.

3. Laminate and save.
