Mighty Mounds is a mature veteran of pro wrestling, who gets talked into a boxing match by her old friend Gladys "Granny" Holman. Her opponent is a young and popular pugilist, "Sluggin' Sheila."

Mounds is a little concerned about the match, and Granny promises to make sure she'll win, starting with being the guest referee.
