The program is 6 weeks long and includes:

  • A webinar (instructional video) describing program components and exercises step by step.
  • Comprehensive strength program to improve muscular endurance, stability, agility, core strength, and flexibility.
  • Workouts you can do anytime, anywhere. No gym needed! We don’t want gym memberships or equipment to keep you from getting strong so they aren't included in the program either. 
  • All designed by exercise physiologists and professional trainers/endurance coaches
  • Instructional videos- Short, to the point, and simple.  
  • Audio clips for those who prefer learning audibly.
