Workshop: Healing the Healer Within

Within each of us lives a healer. A desire to bring about change for others, the world around us and although sometimes last in line ourselves. Many individuals find themselves as psychic sponges, having an uncontrollable automatic response to fix things and solve problems all of which occurs without even a thought. Our desires to bring about change and bring comfort to those in need may leave us exhausted and depleted of our own energy to love and nurture ourselves. 

Come take a couple hours out of your day to day life and learn a few techniques to establish a new relationship with the healer within. By bringing awareness and attention to what's already happening, you can begin to use that ability in a more optimal way!
