If you need to unwind, de-stress, you have come to the right class. This is also great for those looking for more mobility through the joints. For this class, you will need props: 

-2 Yoga Blocks (two tightly wrapped towels can work as alternatives)

-1 Yoga Bolster (a couch cushion, body pillow or two firm sleeping pillows will work)

-1 Blanket


For restorative yoga, we stay very still in each pose for about 3 - 5 minutes. Candace talks you through guided relaxation the entire time. You'll feel sleepy, calm, restored, and cozy afterwards. Make sure to wear added layers or turn the heat up in the room you practice in, as there is no flow whatsoever, and it's important that you feel comfortable so you can fully relax.
