Points to be noted:

• Native application: Blender 2.80. If you like to use these models in other versions of blender then just copy(Ctrl+C) models from the provided blend file and paste(Ctrl+V) it in your project. 
  
• Mid poly models, intended to use in projects like 3d floor plan. But, you can modify, add details and use it for any other purposes.
  
• All materials are procedural and you can add PBR textures to the models easily as well.
  
• These models are specially designed for 3d floor plans and may not be suitable for closeup interior renders.
