This project's scope of work included demolishing the existing covered porch and building a new modern style covered porch to meet the times and provide a fresh new exterior view for this house. Our choice to add new black metal railings along with metal metal roof compliment the existing roof colours. Furthermore, we decided to match the new brick with the existing to stay consistent. Finally, instead of the traditional concrete walls supporting this addition, we decided to use metal posts instead to save on cost  while providing the same function.
