SACRED VISION COLORING COLLECTION

SACRED VISION is a collection of hand-drawn images made for you with love. It is an invitation to slow down and access deeper parts of yourself through the process of coloring as meditation. 

The SACRED VISION images are inspired by my love of primordial symbols found on cave walls, rocks, art, and textiles throughout history into the present day nearly everywhere on Earth. I experience these ancient symbols as living, breathing portals into our history and healing. I believe they can help us remember the past and dream the future.

Thirteen hand-drawn images. Each printed with black ink on high-quality, recycled cardstock presented as individual pieces of art.

Companion Guidebook. A 28-page, hand-crafted booklet inviting you to engage the collection as a meditation practice. The booklet guides you through the concepts of the Essential Self, coloring as meditation, and art as a healing practice. It includes coloring prompts, journal questions, and resources for further exploration.

Companion Audio. A guided audio walks you through the main parts of the booklet, creating your sacred space, connecting with yourself, and exploring the sacred journal questions.
