The Apollo Program was the first full program I ever released online, and it got amazing results for everyone that did it.

It was a great program, but I briefly "retired" it, as the original version was a hastily written word document and I wanted to improve the writing and fix the spelling errors. 

That retirement ended up being over a YEAR. I put the project on the backburner and never got around to it, until now. 

I was asked many times when I would bring it back, and I finally have. 

The program has been made new and improved for 2019. Changes that were made

-I improved the exercise sequencing and sets and reps

-I added more training notes on rest periods

-I included videos for EVERY exercise in the program
