• The Way of the Hound introduces the eyes and ears of the stories. It is though his experiences that we first recognise the presence of the outsider and how he sees the world around him. Told in photos and short quotes
  
• The Slow Route Home is a gentle short story that describes how the Hound and his owner come to terms with living in isolation and how that relationship with the land and the neighbours defines and values each moment.
  
• Finally, Inside the Tortilla takes us to the next phase: Urban living and the search for traditional recipes of Spain. In this adventure, the history of the country is exposed as well as the trials and challenges for both the country and its people as it shifts into the second decade of the 21st century.
