Workbook + ASATH Course + 2018 Camps

The INTRO and ADVANCED Workbooks, Courses and Camps are designed for the student interested in a complete immersion in Somatic Horse Handling and an introduction to Alissa Mayer's

Complements and expands on the information on the instructional Video, private lessons, and in my Intro Workshops.

Upgrade your experience by joining me for one of my summer ASATH Camps in beautiful Oakridge, Oregon!

For a 5-day/6 night Camp, your $1250.00/week tuition covers everything except travel, medical expenses and spending money.

Only 4 campers per week, so reserve your spot asap with a 50% deposit, balance due June 1. Once your deposit is in, you may cancel for a full refund up until June 1, after which the balance is due. If you cancel after June 1, you may get a 50% refund, or credit toward a future course.

Please note: campers may arrive the day before and depart the day after, but meals for the extra days will not be included except breakfast on the 16th and 23rd)

Sample Camp Day:

7:30am - feed and turn-out horses, clean arena and barn (easy "chores" when everyone works together)

8:15am - breakfast bar in the farmhouse (self-serve)

9am - Morning activities until lunch:

- morel hunting (departing as early as 7:30 or 8, lunch in the forest, back to ranch by 1pm)

- grooming and groundwork with the horses, and/or Liberty

- barn lesson (saddle fitting, tack cleaning, hoof anatomy, ehs)

12pm-1:30pm - lunch

1:30-4pm - clinic with the horses in the arena or playground (liberty, riding, obstacles, connection, trouble-shooting, etc. as needed)

4pm - additional afternoon activities (to be decided as a group some days, and pre-planned other days)

- swimming hole
- somatics for the rider
- additional horse activities
- free time

6pm - dinner (usually at the farmhouse, one night we will dine out in Oakridge)

8pm - night check (barn visit to feed and check in with horses, rotational)
