For anyone working on their yoga inversions, or for people whose upper back rounds due to lack to muscle, this is a great place to start building strength. You'll need a pair of dumbbells.
The workout starts with a stretch, and then go into a core circuit which includes slow and mindful sit ups, and scissor kicks. Then, you'll go into the dumbbell workout. This is a timed workout - focusing on the integrity of the positioning, and the movements will work the deep core, back, biceps, and shoulders.
