September Mini-Retreat: Story Sharing for Cultural Transformation with Walter Long, Gabriel Solis, Jane Field, & Celeste Henery

Leaders from the Texas After Violence Project will explore ways that we all might work together to transform stories that do not contribute to the thriving of humans and the planet into stories that do. Utilizing our large archive of oral histories that explores the impact of violence on Texans and our experience facilitating collection of those stories, we will discuss how all stories are co-creations, and we will involve the audience members in the co-construction of healthy, non-violent narratives based on their own experiences.
