About the Plan & Cultivate: Holistic Living: 

After spending nearly a decade suffering from a handful of chronic illnesses, as well as cancer, I reclaimed my life by altering my lifestyle. Within the first three months of my holistic living transition, I experienced the health of my childhood — health long since forgotten. Now, three years later, I am healthier than I was as a child…in fact, I’m healthier than I ever imagined possible! …and I have nutrition to thank!

After first cleaning out the harmful bacteria overgrowth in my gut through a strict 9 month eating plan, I began a leaky gut eating plan for about a year. Once completed, I noticed my past food sensitivities (dairy, gluten, and fructose) had disappeared, leaving me capable of eating just about anything I desire without tummy distress! However, thanks to my knowledge of human nutrition, I only desire to eat nourishing whole foods, and have since adopted a longterm lifestyle rooted in the building of sustainable energy through the enjoyment of such foods.

Suffering for years from POTS Syndrome and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, it was not until I began mindfully supporting my mitochondria through my eating habits that I experienced true relief from such conditions.  Once relief was found, however, I no longer suffered from exercise intolerance or required daily naps for hours at a time.  Instead, I'm running (figuratively and literally) on 6-8 hours of sleep a night, and building healthy muscular strength/cardiovascular endurance to boot! 

Overall, it is energy that is needed by our bodies to carry out all of our daily processes — from walking to wound healing.  Thus, when we lack energy, we often experience increased illness onset, among other frustrations, and are unable to experience life to the fullest.
