Cost of raw materials:
The minimum price is shown above, which covers the cost of A) raw art materials (e.g. pens, paints, paper) and B) packaging (non-bend envelopes). Shipping costs are not yet included.
Only ONE available for purchase:
You are buying the original artwork (not a print). That means there is only ONE original available for purchase. So it’s First Come, First Served - once gone, it's gone!
Shipping:
Purchases will ship from Cologne, Germany.
Within 2-3 business days of receiving your order, I will personally mail the artwork in a non-bend envelope to your shipping address, using DeutschePost. I will email you a Tracking Number so you can track the envelope on it's delivery route.
Shipping prices reflect exactly what DeutschePost charges.
Domestic orders (within Germany): It will arrive in 1-2 business days after I put your artwork in the mail (~5 business days in total).
International orders (outside of Germany): Shipping time will vary depending on how far the shipping address is from Germany. (E.g. Shipping to Switzerland will take less time than shipping to Canada).
Refunds and Exchanges:
In the teeny-tiny, minuscule chance your package gets damaged or lost (even with a tracking #), that is unfortunately the fault of DeutschePost or your local post system (rather than me). For this reason, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you have any questions before deciding to purchase, feel free to drop me an email! Thank you.
