1. fixed wrong number recognition for "one hundred" , "two hundred" ,..., "ten hundred" , "whatever hundred" and so on...
2. added new command "Set Unit <unit>" so you do not need to say a very long unit name like "centimeter" or "millimeter" every single time when calling for number... just define your unit first by saying "Set Unit" follow by your preferable unit name then next time calling for number just say your desired number follow by the word "unit" instead.. like "12 unit", "100 unit" bla bla bla

Fix Vocola 3.1 crashes Windows Speech Recognition by replacing sapi.dll
You may need to find old sapi.dll from any Windows 7 pc... and keep this file another backup somewhere also since Windows 10 will keep updating this dll file to newer version (which we dont need here...)
