Anger Allowed: A Workshop on Naming, Exploring, & Embracing Your Anger

$27

What is your relationship with your anger?

Do you silence it? Deny it? Fear giving your anger a voice because conflict feels unsafe or uncontrolled?

Do you wield your anger like a weapon, directing it at anyone and anything in an attempt to cover up scarier feelings beneath like shame, embarrassment, disappointment, or vulnerability?

We are a culture that has a very disordered relationship with anger. This is especially true for people who are socialized female.

Anger is simply not allowed unless we're ready to accept titles like 'bitch' or 'ball-buster.'

Refusing to express our anger can lead to passive-aggressive behavior, anxiety, depression, meanness, and an inability to set boundaries.

When we reject or ignore our anger, we can struggle to care for ourselves, to define our 'yes' and our 'no' clearly, which can create resentment in our relationships.

So, let's explore another way.

Let's instead ask what if our anger is capable of being a beautiful protector that can teach us our needs and create - not destroy - meaningful connection with others?

Resilience and healing NEED anger. Our sovereignty and wholeness demands our anger.

Where is your anger? What does it look like and feel like? What is it telling you?

How can you tap into its power with wisdom and acceptance?

How can you channel it for creativity, boundary-setting, and strength?

Join me for this online workshop that will invite you to ask new questions, to give your anger a new voice, and to learn about the powerful and healing force that is emotionally intelligent anger.

You're allowed to be mad. You're allowed to ask for something different. You're allowed to take up that space.

Let's do it together.
