Training group for a fall trail race!
When?
Training starts on August 25th!!
Tuesdays and alternating Thursdays/weekends at different trails across the front range (Boulder, Golden, Lakewood, Evergreen, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock)
6:30pm on the Tues/Thurs sessions and 9am for weekend sessions
This program includes:
- 2 group runs/training session options a week
- 10 week training plan to follow on your own (includes strength training recommendations too).
- Discounted entries for trail runs
- Meet other women who love trail running to train and complete the event with!
Check out our drop-in package! This does not include the training plan and allows you to drop into roughly half of the scheduled sessions.
