------

This all-on-one template that includes all of the pages and databases you need to stay focused, increase productivity, and minimize stress. Manifest works best for entrepreneurs/solopreneurs, and those who take on various side-hustles.

The template is organized into 5 Key Sections

Section 1: Now

Use this space to see three levels of planning, all filtered to only show what's relevant today.

This Month: Quickly access your monthly objectives, quarterly goals, and see active projects to mentally prepare for the upcoming month.

This Week: Plan execution on projects with more granularity and detail. Set goals, reflect on your performance, and gain quick access to "Up Next" Tasks.

Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow: Track habits, celebrate wins, and reflect on challenges on a daily basis, to build momentum on the projects that matter.

Section 2: Task Toggles

See filtered views of Tasks, along three key categories:

Inbox: To quickly capture to-do's to be sorted later

Up Next: See the highest priority tasks in one place, to avoid being overwhelmed with too many pending tasks

Overdue: Get a snapshot of all tasks that had a due date prior to today.

Section 3: Active Projects

Meant to give you a minimalist overview of Active Projects, this is the most active area of Manifest.

• Open a Project to see Tasks in a Kanban View, as well as Filtered Views of Pages and Notes related to this Project

Section 4: Areas

Areas of your life can be Personal, Professional, Finances, or otherwise, and are meant to be Spaces where you can view Active Projects, Pages, and Tasks associated with that Space.

Section 5: Mindsets

This is where All Critical Databases are housed. Access resources like books, podcasts, or links. Quickly access your Inbox, Notes, and Pages. Add new section to Mindsets based on your work and focus.

Goals: Develop your life-vision across three time horizaons: Long-Term Vision, Annual Goals, and Quarterly Objectives

Plan: Track movement toward your goals at three scales; Areas, Projects, and Tasks

Reflect: Envision your progress, achievements, and challenges – both qualitatively and quantitatively – using tables for Daily Habits, Weekly Execution, and Monthly Progress

Capture: Quickly enter links, notes, metrics, and new connections.

Create: Organize your Research, Content, and Documents to be accessible and easy to reference.

Library: Organize the media you consume, including Books, Podcasts, Videos. Further, Organize special Quotes, Resources, and Visuals.

-------

Note: Manifest utilizes "Relational Databases" in order to surface important information when you need it. If you're not familiar with relational databases, I highly suggest getting some practice beforehand. :)

Note: as this is a comprehensive template, which includes templates for pages, databases, and views. If you're using a free account on Notion, you may hit their cap on the number of active blocks. I'd recommend a paid plan to get the most out of Manifest.
