Quick History

Since early 2015 we have churned out videos, articles, and over free podcasts for runners who are wanting to take the next epic step in their running lives!

We will always make the bulk of our content free so anyone can reach out, learn, and go do amazing things.  What we may charge for is coaching and our Team BU. We plan on being around for as long as it takes the next million people to train for and run and ultra!
