New Heroes/Villains: Sparkles the Unicorn

Sparkles is a legend among base raiders, both heroic and villainous. An immortal unicorn able to heal the sick, imbue others with magical powers, and run faster than a speeding car, Sparkles has used his abilities to spread chaos across the world. He has saved the lives of children and given madmen superhuman abilities just to see what they can do. Is he a hero or a villain? No one knows but you can find out! This supplement contains:

• Stats for Sparkles as a hero and as a villain! Decide what Sparkles will be for your campaign.
