Forward March Micro Battle Map

This map file is taken from the Ferraris Maps of Belgium, and is designed and sized for optimal use with Forward March Micro miniatures.  FMM miniatures are included in the Forward March Miniatures Library, and are sized at 10mm = 100m.  FMM battalions are roughly the size of markers in hex-and-marker war-games, which allows you to field gigantic armies on very small playing areas.  A corps level game should take no more space than a few printed off pages of map.  That said, this map file is large enough to provide lots of maneuver room and space for combat, and can be used again and again by moving the action around the map.  You can also crop this map to focus the game on a small section (and to reduce printing costs).  

Printing large image files can be tricky.  To make it easier, look in the lower right hand corner of the map to find a "key" to printing it at correct size.  The black line between the labels, "10mm" and "100m" should be 10mm long when the map is printed.  This will provide you with a map the exact correct size to use Forward March Micro miniatures.  You can adjust the print size based on the key to arrive at whatever scale map you like.

Note:  There are some folds in this map, but they are from the original and I can't do anything about them.  They are pretty minor, and you probably won't notice them during a game.
