Linker

Linker is an addon for Blender which provides a functionality to link fbx and obj files inside Blender. Whenever the source mode file is updated, it will automatically update inside blender scene as well. This solution was developed in order to meet the needs of colaborative work, and improve teamwork pipeline in various projects, including: game industry, commercial, movies and more.

1. Import OBJ and FBX files

2. Start/Pause Sync - toggle synchronisation. Having this option turned on by default may perform slow on heavy models.

3. Link/Unlink - Toggle link or unlink of single objects - use it if you want to maintain a unique copy of model inside your scene independently to the source file.

4. Save/Save as  - fast export your model/models as FBX source file. Model/models will be automatically linked to the source file.
