Complex Elements - March 2019

Complex elements for March include a bunch of colored glitch effects we're calling Steve because of an inside joke. It also contains some pre-rendered map elements in US Cities (they're also in the US Map with Data zip, but that has the project they were built from). There's the Data project that contains map data visualized in Nodebox and composited in AE. And there's the Map Node project I researched for my Keyframes talk that I didn't end up using but I posted the BTS on.
