Week 1 - 3: When I began developing this program I weighed 75 kilograms and so my main objective was to fix my nutrition by eliminating foods that were detrimental to my goal of losing fat and over the following 3 weeks I fine tuned my nutrition to a point where I started losing fat in an almost auto pilot mode and the happiness that brought me I can’t even put into words because I had lost 5 kilograms of fat 

Week 4 - 5: During these weeks I lost 3 kilograms of fat and it’s during this time when I started fine tuning my workout plan to ensure that I was always in a constant state of losing fat 

Week 6: By this time, I had already lost 8 kilograms and I wanted to keep going to see how much more fat I can still lose  and I eventually lost an additional 2 kilograms of fat and thus brought my total fat loss to 10 kilograms in total
